Engineer deliver and install
Once the agreed installation date comes, our engineer will visit you in the timeframe that is given to you. The installation will take approximately an hour.

How we maintain
Monso Water Purifier
Simply let us make an appointment to service, sanitize your product and replace the required filters every 6 months. You do not need to do anything, just let our water experts to make an appointment with you.
Our Monso experts will fill out a service form when installing your Monso Water Purifier first time. They will check your maintenance and filter change interval from the automatic system and they will call you to make an appointment for maintenance when the system alert them.
Based on the area you live in, you could be visited twice or once a year. Of course, if you feel that the taste quality of the Monso Water Purifier has dropped, you should contact us to request a visit without waiting for our visit call for maintenance. Hot Water: 80 – 90°C
Cold Water: 5 – 10°C
Ambient Water: (It is same tempeature with your tap water. This water gets purified without any temperature process)
Energy Use
Monso Water Purifiers are smart devices that goes into eco-mode (power saving) after a certain time if you don't use it so you don't have to worry about your energy savings.
Energy use is based on the frequency of usage. That is why we can't provide an exact number but surely we can say that it uses less power than a kettle!
