Repair Process

If your product has developed a fault, you can email us at customerservices@monsowater.com. Within your email, can you please include the following:

  1. Your full name and date of birth
  2. Full address and postcode
  3. Mobile number
  4. The product you have, and a brief description of the fault or issue.

We will respond confirming receipt of your email and will arrange for our technical team to call you within 3 hours. If you send us an email outside of our working hours, we will contact you on the next working day.

Alternatively, you can contact our friendly customer service team on live chat. We will try and resolve your issue as quickly as we can, and for your convenience our service team will try and do this while you are on the phone. If this isn’t possible you will need to return your product to us for repair. Returns are sent via our free courier service, and we will advise you how to do this on your call.

Once we receive your product, we will carry out a thorough inspection within 24 hours.

Following the inspection, we will either:

  1. Repair the product and return it to you via our express delivery service.
  2. If we cannot repair your product, we will replace it with a like for like model.
