We only do rentals with Monso Water Purifiers. You can rent it how long time you want but the unit is not yours and you have to return it back if you decide to cancel after your contract end.

We have tested various payment options and decided that rental is the most efficient, convenient, and cost-effective method. If you wish to pay in advance for all rental fees for a certain period or you want to buy it as a gift, please contact us.

For the first initial payment, you must pay the installation fee and first month's fee together. This can be paid with;

  • MasterCard
  • American Express

*Please note that we are not accepting any pre-paid cards.

Monthly fees of Monso Water Purifier will be taken every month recurringly from the same payment method that you used in your first initial payment.

Your contract is 3 months (90 Days). If you didn't notice us cancel your contract within 30 days satisfaction guarantee, you are liable for this contract length. If you cancel before your contract ends, you are liable to pay the remaining months' fees.

We guarantee you there will be no increase in price due to the expiration of the contract. You can just keep using the Monso Water Purifier with all services remaining the same. The only difference is, that you can just cancel your services with notice, without any cancellation fees. Although, our expert engineers will asses the unit and if there is a damage you are liable to pay the repair cost. Fair wear and tear expected. To get to know more about returns, please contact us.

We will aim to install you as soon as possible. Once we get confirmation of your order, our installation team will contact you about scheduling an installation. Once we scheduled the installation, we will be there to install. We only schedule our installations in work hours of our office which is Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm. (We are working hard to provide service on Saturday as well for busy customers. Once we call you for schedule the installation, we will try our best to fit it to your schedule.)

Absolutely. You can place the order and when our installation team contacts you, inform them about your situation and we will freeze your account. Once you contact us for installation, we will install the Monso Water Purifier and make your account active again. Alternatively, please beware that re-installations for renovations and if you are moving, it is completely free!

Absolutely. Our expert engineers are well trained to install the Monso Water Purifier systems through granite, marble, Corian, and many more materials. They still haven't tried installing it through vibranium , we are still waiting for a sample from Captain America. :)

Yes, we can. Monso Water purifiers doesn't affect the use of water softeners if it is installed properly.

When your new house is ready to perform an installation, just contact us and we will schedule a re-installation. All re-installations are free!
